Emotional Wellness

Community Health Partners and Risk Management has collaborated and created the Emotional Wellness Program.  Since its inception, the program has served hundreds of clients individually, facilitated weekly weight loss groups and served many others in psychoeducational groups for “Healthy Bucks.”  In addition, the Emotional Wellness program works closely with the Med Center to de-escalate patients, administer or discontinue anti-depressant medications and facilitate a continuity of care for the employee and their family members.  The fundamentals are clear; proactive and innovative clinical services offered confidentially, on the jobsite, at no cost to the employee and any covered member.  The Emotional Wellness Program strives to eliminate barriers to treatment and end the stigma of mental health services.
